The Haryana Dairy Development Coop. Fed. Ltd. (HDDCF) and its affiliated 06 Milk Unions are individually registered under Haryana Cooperative Act.

HDDCF and its affiliated 06 Milk Unions are governed by their respective Bye Laws duly approved by the RCS Haryana in case of HDDCF and MD HDDCF exercising powers of RCS in case of Milk Unions.

The staff of HDDCF and its affiliated 06 Milk Unions is governed by Haryana Dairy Cooperative's staff service Rules also duly approved by RCS Haryana.
